I think the one factor that distinguishes you from most recruiters is that you put your client’s interests ahead of the need to fill the position. You’ve always been great with ensuring that a particular position is right for me and have never pressured me into taking something just so that it could be filled. I find most recruiters are often only concerned with filling a position and don’t always look at the candidates best interests
