Our experience with Recruiting in Motion was wonderful. They are unlike other recruiters in every way. From the start when you call as an employer someone picked up the phone. They really listened to our needs and the candidates they sent were appropriate. The video is what really sets them a part! Such a wonderful way to meet the candidates prior to bringing them in. We had three or four candidates sent over the first pass. We hired one of them. Since we have brought her on as a permanent employee!
