Great Leadership team.. Amazing Culture! I have been working with RIM for more than 2 years now and totally enjoying my journey here. On the business side, we are currently a strong team and growing aggressively. Last couple of years have been very exciting for us. We have grown extensively in the US market and continue to strengthen our presence in Canada. I truly believe any company is as good as their employees. People who are working make the company good or bad. I have only good things to talk about our leadership team (Sean and Paul) and nothing specific cons/concerns.
